  • The building is complete and has been handed over to MCPS.

  • The black box theater is under construction.

  • Exterior of Building

    • Traffic Signalization plan is under construction.

    • Construction of the parking deck is under way. All concrete exterior walls are poured and braced, awaiting precast concrete pieces to be set. Backfilling of the structure is underway.

    • The canopies at the main entrance and gym lobby are framed and ready for roofing.
