Superstructure Continues, Waterproofing Begins
Earthwork, concrete, masonry, underground utilities, steel, and site retaining walls are ongoing as the waterproofing begins.
Continuing concrete slab-on-grade at the lower end of the building along with pours at the lower-level concrete foundations and walls.
Moving along with steel erections at the north end of the building.
Site retaining walls at the south end of the property are ongoing.
Plumbing and electrical rough-ins are following our concrete foundations.
Currently building masonry walls within the interior of the building.
Waterproofing began below grade and around the building’s exterior.
