Building Envelope Enclosure Continues
Earthwork, concrete, masonry, underground utilities, steel, waterproofing, spray fireproofing, cold-formed metal framing, ductwork, sprinkler, and roof work are all ongoing.
Concrete pours on the first floor have been completed on the West end where the school’s administration staff offices are located. Foundation pours progress to the South side of the building.
Steel erections are taking place along the West side of the building.
Plumbing and electrical rough-ins continue to follow the concrete foundations and metal deck installations.
Waterproofing follows the ongoing installation of the masonry and concrete walls.
Spray fireproofing is moving throughout the ground level toward the South side of the building.
Cold-formed metal framing is being installed on the courtyard exterior walls.
Roofing has started on the Northeast side and is finishing up above the gymnasium.
Ductwork and sprinkler pipe installations continue and are progressing to the upper floor levels.
