Building Envelope Enclosure is Approaching
Earthwork, concrete, masonry, underground utilities, steel, site retaining walls, waterproofing, cold-formed metal framing are all ongoing as the ductwork, sprinkler work, and roof preparation begin.
Pushing forward on concrete floor pours, mainly on the First Floor. Foundation pours move to the building’s West side, and then, masonry walls will be built.
Steel erections are moving along the West side of the building.
Site retaining walls along the south side of the property are ongoing.
Plumbing and electrical rough-ins continue to follow the concrete foundations and metal deck installations.
Waterproofing follows the ongoing installation of the masonry and concrete walls.
Cold-formed metal framing is currently being installed on the North exterior wall of the building.
Roof preparation has begun with the installation of the wood blocking.
Ductwork and sprinkler pipe installations are starting on the North end of the new school.
