Progress remains strong amongst unusual July weather conditions.
· Exterior and courtyard metal panels have started.
· Stormwater management systems continue to be installed in the Southwest of the property.
· Generator and main electric service underground work has started.
· The drywall work continues on the first floor working its way up to the second floor in multiple areas of the building.
· Tiling is near complete in the kitchen; the tile contractor is now focused on interior bathrooms.
· The final steel pieces required for the last staircase are on track to be installed in the next coming weeks.
· A highlight of this month was providing a tour and progress update for Northwood faculty for the building they will occupy in August 2024.
