The electrical contractor continues to wire the building and is preparing the main electrical room for the PEPCO permanent power later this winter.
The bathrooms and locker rooms look fantastic as the tile is being finished.
The plumber continues to work throughout the building, receiving passing marks from the county inspector.
Our last concrete pour for Stair 1 will be completed by the end of the month.
Geofoam installation in the courtyard is finished as we prepare to backfill.
Underground stormwater management structures continue to be placed in the south parking lot and this work will continue through Spring 2024 around the site.
