With Exterior Doors In Place, Heating Allows For More Interior Work

Exterior hollow metal doors are now hinged, allowing the building to be sealed off from the outside.
With the building closed, we have begun heating the building with temp heaters.
Rolling doors have been installed in the cafeteria area, and the Blackbox room.
Heating has allowed for flooring to commence on the upper floors, along with casework.
The electricians, HVAC, and plumbing contractors continue to work above the ceilings, going from third floor down while the ceiling contractor follows.
Interior finishes including painting and window installation continue to work their way down.
Metal panels continue to wrap the southern side of the building, moving in two directions now, west and north.
The green roof is complete, with the entirety of the roof covered.
Sidewalk installation is underway in the south parking lot, the asphalt paving shall commence in the parking area if weather permits.
Site landscaper continues to lay sod around the site where we have finished grade. This will continue along the south side of the property.
